Ceramic coating is one of the best investments you can make in your vehicle’s appearance and protection. It chemically bonds to your clear coat, creating a hard, slick surface that repels water, sheds contaminants, and holds a deep, glossy shine for years.
Ceramic also offers durable, lasting protection against the road salt, sand, UV rays, tree sap, and bug splatter that wear down your finish here in Minnesota. With superior lifetime to traditional wax by a wide margin, you can spend less time maintaining your vehicle and more time enjoying the way it looks. You’ll also notice the finish stays cleaner between washes, water beads and rolls right off, and the shine holds up season after season.
If you care about protecting your paint and keeping your car looking its best long term, ceramic coating is the right move.

A car ceramic coating is a chemical polymer that can be applied to the outside of a car to protect it from paint damage.
Depending on the kind of polymer used, the coating may be semi-permanent or permanent. The chemicals used are such that extreme weather conditions cannot tamper with the coating.
When you take anything that has chemical compounds, you are looking at a very resilient solution. The same goes for ceramic coating, which can be permanent, once applied, and easy to maintain at the same time.
Protects the vehicle from damage from oxidation or ultraviolet radiation
Exposure to constant sunlight will cause the external paint of a car to oxidize, giving rise to a faded or dulled appearance. A ceramic car coating protects the exterior car paint, reduces oxidation, and keeps the exterior paint lasting longer.
Natural acidic contaminants in our environment can potentially damage your vehicle’s exterior. Ceramic car coating provides a more resilient layer to your vehicle, allowing it to withstand etching or stains from these chemical contaminants, provided they are removed as soon as possible.
The sun's ultraviolet rays can cause paint to oxidize and fade over time. Ceramic coatings protect a vehicle’s paint from the sun's harsh rays, thereby reducing the risk of oxidization.
One of the most noteworthy features of ceramic coatings is their hydrophobic (water-repellent) quality. This means water beads up and rolls off the surface, picking up dirt and grime along the way. This self-cleaning property makes regular car washing easier and more efficient.
Everyday contaminants like acid rain, bird droppings, and tree sap can mar a vehicle's exterior. Ceramic coatings create a chemically resistant surface, ensuring that such contaminants can be easily washed away without leaving stains.
Unlike traditional waxes that need to be reapplied every few months, ceramic coatings are incredibly durable. They don’t wear off under normal atmospheric conditions, providing protection that can last for years.
Ceramic coating enhances the depth and clarity of the car’s paint, giving it a constant 'just-washed' glossy finish. This sheen is much coveted by car enthusiasts and everyday drivers alike.
* – Paint correction not included in starter pricing.
Pricing for all packages is dependent on level of polishing/ paint correction and size of vehicle.
The application of ceramic coating involves thorough preparation and precision. Initially, the vehicle undergoes a detailed wash and paint correction process to remove any imperfections. Once the surface is prepped, the ceramic coating is meticulously applied, layer by layer, to ensure an even coat.
This process not only demands time and expertise but also a controlled environment to ensure the coating bonds properly to the car’s surface. The curing process can take up to 48 hours, during which the vehicle needs to be protected from the elements.

Unfortunately, no. The coating adds surface hardness and chemical resistance, but it’s not thick enough to absorb gravel impact. Paint protection film is the right product for chip prevention. A lot of our customers run both.
Ceramic coatings make the surface harder than uncoated clear coat, so you have some added protection against scratches. But it will not stop a key, a zipper, or a stiff brush from scratching. It’s resistant, not invincible.
If your paint has swirl marks, scratches, or oxidation, yes. The coating seals in whatever condition the paint is in. We offer single-stage and multi-stage correction depending on what the paint needs.
Yes. Every ceramic coating package includes wheel and glass coating. Coated wheels shed brake dust instead of baking it on. Coated glass improves water shedding and visibility in rain.
Maintaining ceramic coatings is fairly simple. Just hand wash with pH-neutral car soap, avoid brush car washes (touchless automatics are fine), and ideally remove bird droppings and tree sap before they bake in the sun (the coating will be fine, but it will just be hard to remove). Aside from the occasional wash, you’re pretty much good to go.
Since ceramic coatings are designed to stay for years, they require wet sanding, compounding, or polishing to remove all the way. The good news is, you don’t have to worry about it coming off during a simple wash!
